iptvwith4k is not responsible for processing time delays caused by payment gateways.
Once we approve a refund, we process it immediately. After that, the payment gateway handles the rest.

Customer’s unstable internet connection
Issues with the device or app configuration
Problems with the user’s ISP
Channel outage from the source provider
Scheduled server updates or restarts
These interruptions are generally short-term. Our technical team works continuously to minimize and resolve them promptly.
If your IPTV subscription becomes completely unwatchable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to server issues or problems from our side:
You are eligible for a full refund, OR
We can extend your subscription to compensate for the lost time, with additional bonus time added.
